Process

I started by creating a sitemap to ensure the layout and navigation were kept simple and straightforward. I also put together visual mockups to decide on artistic direction. 

To promote consultation bookings I placed a consultation link in the navigation bar. The footer of every page contained a contact form that users could fill out. This was done with the goal of increasing lead generation.

The hero section of the website contains a link to the company’s strongest projects. If users scroll through the projects page or any individual project page, they will again reach the consultation form. This further funneled everything on the website towards lead generation.

The visual style was kept simple and modern. Sharp edges and large images placed the renovations at the forefront, and kept the site looking clean and modern. I also used a light, toned down colour scheme to maintain brand identity and a professional look.
