Process

The first step was to create a sitemap to ensure we had everything we needed, and navigation was easy to understand. We added a page to book an appointment online, a page detailing the client’s services, and a CMS page allowing the client to add deals and offers.

We added the client’s business phone number to the navigation bar as that was currently their main form of booking. We also added a link to book an appointment in the hero section. The homepage also had their contact information and hours featured prominently.

The appointment booking form gave options for customers to request appointment dates, and a dropdown menu to select the type of service they’re looking for.

The visual style was kept clean and professional. Bold text and sharp corners to maintain visual hierarchy and keep a consistent brand image.
